I set up Tea Time Tutor in the Summer of 2022 after having worked as a Maths Tutor for over 7 years. During that time I have helped hundreds of students reach their full potential in the classroom and beyond.

I have worked with secondary school children as well as primary students and have found a passion and success in tutoring Key Stage 3 students along their journey to sit their GCSE exams.

I graduated from the Open University in 2020 with an Open Degree, focusing on Maths, Education and Biology. Throughout my time at University I continued to tutor students and guide them through their own exams. Since graduating I have received my 'Teaching English as a Foreign Language' (TEFL) qualification and taught students whose first language was not English. More recently, I have been working in schools as part of the National Tuition Programme, supporting students and helping to close the gap in their education created during the Pandemic.

Tea Time Tutor aims to be a safe and comfortable place for students to ask questions to assist in their understanding. Maths is a subject that is used frequently in everyday life and I feel it is extremely important that every student, regardless of academic attainment or background, has the opportunity to further their Maths ability and improve their confidence.
